What is included?

Items included in the lease are: Free High Speed Internet, One Off-Street Parking Spot, Garbage, Sewer & Water.

 

Are the Common Areas maintained?

Yes.  All common areas (halls, elevator & foyer) are cleaned and maintained by The Richardson.

 

Does my Apartment share a wall/walls with another Apartment?

No.  All Apartments are separated by a common hall way thus providing increased privacy and security.

 

Are Pets allowed?

Yes.  The Richardson is a Pet Friendly building with some restictions and a Pet Deposit which may or may not be refundable depending on individual scenarios.
